Recently I've been getting alot of questions about my skin on my YouTube channel, so I thought I would list the 10 ways I take care of my skin and tips that will make your skin clear fast! Enjoy Beauts!
1) Always wash your makeup off - your skin NEEDS to breathe, always wash off any makeup you have on before you go to sleep and before you put any makeup on. (Even if you don't wear makeup, follow all these steps!)
2) Only rub gently and always pat your face dry - also, be sure to tie your hair back if you have longer hair that can get on your face, so you don't transfer any oil onto your face whilst cleaning it.
3) Drink lots of water - there is no such thing as too much!
4) Use a facial toner - it will help put the vitamins and good stuff back into your skin!
5) Have makeup free days - your skin needs at least 3 hours to breathe a day!
6) Change your pillow case more often than your sheets - overtime your pillowcase will build up with dust and oil from your face and hair, so make sure to change your pillowcase more often than your bed sheets!
7) Use exfoliating face scrubs to buff away any dead skin!
8) Don't skip your morning wash and cleanser - overnight your skin will build up with oil and dirt/dust from your sheets/hair, so make sure you wash in the morning!
9) Always wash your hands before you begin your skincare - you don't want to transfer oil or dirt from your hands onto your face whilst cleaning it.
10) Get enough sleep!! On average a teenager should get at least 8 hours of sleep each night, so put away the phones and laptops and get some beauty sleep!
